Galleries on Mobile Sites Look WAY Better

You’ve asked for it, and we’ve delivered. Now if you have an image gallery on your website, it will have an improved look on your mobile site.

In addition, if you click on an image within a gallery, you can now scan between them, simply by swiping your finger left to right.

If you have a gallery on your site, check it out on your mobile phone now. And remember if you don’t have a mobile site yet, just contact support and let them know… it’s free!

New Product Sliders

We’re always looking for new ways for you to display your products on your website, and now we have created a fancy product slider which you can use on any page of your website.

It’s really easy to add the new product sliders to your websites. Simply follow the instructions below.


To add a product list to a page:

  • Go to your website and login.
  • Go to the page you want to add the product slider onto.
  •  Float your mouse over the ‘control panel’ icon on the top left of the site.
  • Click on the ‘Edit this Page’ along the top of the site.
  • Scroll down till you reach the ‘Add to page’ section.
  • Click the drop menu that says ‘Text Item’ and select ‘List’.
  • In the second drop menu, select the product list you wish to add. Then click ‘Add’.
  • When the new item appears, position it on the page and click‘Save’.


To change the product list into a slider:

  • Go to the page with the product list.
  • Float your mouse over the ‘control panel’ icon on the top left of the site.
  • Click on the ‘Edit this Page’ along the top of the site.
  • Scroll down till you reach the product list.
  • On the product list there is a drop menu that reads ‘Default Appearance.’ Click the drop menu and select ‘Product Slider’. Then click ‘Save’ on the bottom right of the page.

Changing the Text On Your Buttons Is As Easy As 1,2,3…

You may have noticed that many of your clickable buttons have the same old text. For example all the eCommerce buttons say “Buy Now” or “Add to Basket” with no variation.

Luckily, thanks to our latest Web123 update you’re no longer stuck with the same button text. If you want unique text on every single button… you can!

To turn this feature on, simply get in touch with our support team today. 


Now Your Staff Can Have Their Own Login to YOUR Website.

Do you have staff members who keep asking for their own unique login to your website? Well now you can give it to them, right now!
To create a new user for your client’s website….

  • Go to your website and login.
  • Float your mouse over the ‘control panel’ icon on the top left of the site.
  • Click ‘Website Admin.’
  • Click on the button that says ‘Admin Logins’.
  • Click on the button that says ‘Create a new Admin Login’.
  • Fill in the details and click ‘Save.’

It’s really easy to do, but if you come across any issues, just drop us a line and let us know.


Get Support… From INSIDE Your Website!

If you’ve got a burning question, or need some support desperately, there is now a way you can ask for that support directly from your website.


Not only does it make it even easier to get help but:

  1. Support will automatically know which website it is related to, making the whole support process smoother.
  2. You can keep tabs on how the support ticket is going.

To ask for a website specific support ticket simply…

  • Log onto your website.
  • Float your mouse over the ‘Help’ icon on the top left of the site.
  • Click on ‘Raise a Ticket’.
  • Fill in the details and click ‘Raise Ticket’.


Then to monitor the ticket…

  • Float your mouse over the ‘control panel’ icon on the top left of the site.
  • Click ‘Website Admin.’
  • Click on the button that says ‘Your Tickets.’
  • Click on the ticket you want more help with.
